English Classes
Our English Classes last for 50 minutes and usually have 6 students (with a maximum of 8). Each English class will help you improve your reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. We will learn new words, grammar rules, slang, local expressions, and the English cultural understanding of current world events.
In each class, in addition to in-class exercises, students will have the option of completing homework and returning it the following week for additional practice. Students will also be assigned a take-home journal entry that will assist in their writing skills.
Classes typically run for 12 weeks and some syllabi are repeated throughout the year. If you will be missing a particular class, please check to see when it will be repeated.

- Wednesdays 6-6:50pm - English Conversation (Beginner to Intermediate)

- Thursdays 7-7:50pm - Business English (Advanced)

- Saturdays 10-10:30am - Little Kids Class
- Saturdays 3-3:50pm - Business English (Advanced)
- Saturdays 4-4:50pm - Undecided
Private Tutoring
Private tutoring is available for any of your English needs. This ranges from assistance with homework to studying for tests such as the TOEIC or TOEFL. Private tutoring sessions typically last for one hour and scheduling is flexible.
Since Joshua wishes to honor his wife (Akiko), he will not tutor female students in private. Either Akiko will assist him in the tutoring, or it will be conducted in a public place such as a coffeehouse or library.
