English Classes
Our English Classes typically last for an hour with a maximum of 8 students per class. Each English class will help you improve your reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. You will learn new words, grammar rules, slang, local expressions, and the English cultural understanding of current world events.
In each class, in addition to in-class exercises, students will be assigned homework to return the following week for additional practice in class. Students may also be assigned a take-home journal entry assignment that can assist in their writing skills.
Classes are not only designed to be educational, but also relaxing and fun. We believe learning English should be an enjoyable experience, and we do not want you to feel pressured or stressed about your learning experience at Zoe Cafe. It is a safe environment for your language educational needs.
If you would like to visit a class for free, you are welcome to do so. Please call or e-mail in advance so we can prepare materials for your attendance.

If you are unsure of your English level, we will be happy to give you a free test to determine which class is best for you.

Private Tutoring
Private tutoring is available for any of your English needs. Tutoring sessions range from assistance with homework to studying for tests such as the TOEIC or TOEFL. Private tutoring sessions typically last for one hour and scheduling is flexible.
Hollywood English
As the teachers at Zoe Cafe are from the western region of the United States, their native English inflections are that of Hollywood English speakers. If you would like help with your English pronunciation and diction, we can help you learn to speak like a native-English speaker!
