Each English Class we offer lasts for 1 hour. Each week we offer the same level classes at different times. If you miss your scheduled weekly class, you can usually call and arrange to attend an alternate time. We only charge for the classes you attend. If you are unable to attend for any reason, your unused credit will be waiting for you when you return. Children and youth are accepted via an interview process. Please note textbook fees are additional when applicable.

Ticket Guidelines

We charge for classes using a ticket-based system. If you purchase more than 10 classes at a time, we offer additional free classes. If at any time you are unsatisfied or need to cancel, you may request a refund. However, you must do so before your ticket expires. Our class tickets expire in this order:

• 10 Class Ticket expires in 6 months
• 20 Class Ticket expires in 1 year
• 50 Class Ticket expires in 2 years

If you request a refund, you will receive a refund for the remaining classes you have not used at ¥2000 per class. You will not receive a refund for any free classes offered.

Private Tutoring

Private tutoring is offered at a rate of ¥5,000 per hour for all ages. (This is one-on-one teaching for an hour).

Private Classes

If you wish to create your own private class and invite one of our instructors to teach, we will be happy to accommodate. Classes of up to 6 students will cost ¥6,000 per lesson (¥24,000 for 4 lessons). You will be responsible for providing a location. If your class is located outside of central Hamamatsu, additional transportation expenses and fees may be required.

Corporate classes are available for ¥10,000 per lesson for up to 10 students per class. If larger classes are needed, the price will be negotiated with the corporation. Book fees and travel expenses to the teaching site are additional. Special tailor-made corporate class prices may vary depending on contract agreements. Zoe Cafe will provide invoicing for appropriate bookkeeping purposes.
